By providing your phone number to Shelly A Fitness Inc. — whether verbally or by completing a paper intake/registration form when signing up for personal training or group fitness classes — you agree to receive text messages from Shelly A Fitness Inc. related to class scheduling, appointment reminders, and weekly class availability polls. When you create an account, book a class, or use the Shelly Fitness website or app, we collect your name, phone number, email address, age, and experience level. We also keep information related to scheduling, class bookings and attendance, payments and billing, class packages and credits, messages you send through the app, notification settings, and, if you choose to use them, progress entries and a profile photo. If you book as a guest, we collect your name, age, and email address to complete the booking.
We use your contact information to schedule sessions and classes, send appointment reminders, send weekly class availability polls via SMS, process payments, manage class packages and credits, and communicate about your training. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff of Shelly A Fitness Inc. Clients can only see their own information in the app.
Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored by Shelly A Fitness Inc. We keep a record of what you paid for, the amount, and the date. Some clients pay Shelly directly by Venmo, Zelle, or cash, and we record those payments as well.
We use trusted service providers only to run the studio’s app and website: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), an email delivery service (confirmations and reminders), and our hosting and database provider. They process your information only to provide these services to us. We do not sell your information to them or to anyone else.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time. In the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete my account. You can also email us at info@shelly-fitness.com. We will delete your account and personal information within 30 days. We may keep payment and billing records for as long as the law requires, and we will remove personal details from them wherever we can.
Our app and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
